U12.5 Girls Div4 Championship semi-final
Grange v Whitecross

On Thursday night our 12.5 girls bowed out of the championship at the semi-final stage and not wthout a fight. The level of commitment, guts & sheer determination from all the team was on show throughout the hour & with a few decisions not going our way plus lady luck evading us the result might have been a little different. Talk about a game of two halves, well, this was one of those games & for all the home support the girls played excellent, fantastic support play & teamwork was definately a joy to watch. It was end to end football right to the final whistle with resulted in a two point deficit for Grange. Full time score; Grange 2 09 – Whitecross 3 08.
